Ok
I got the Speed Camera Maps for the StreetPilot 2620 Overlay. But the txt file it comes with says "Use your MapSource Program to download to your StreetPilot"
My question is where is my MapSource Program, all I have is a USB Driver CD and City Navigator Map Europe V8. Is there somewhere I can download this? If so where?
Thanks |

When you load City Navigator Map Europe V8 onto your PC it loads the MapSource program automatically. At a later time you should update mapSource but it is not important at the moment [version 6.11.6]
Go to your PC open your software City Navigator Map Europe V8.
Top left of the program there should be a drop down box with
City Navigator Map Europe V8 and Safety Cameras UK/Europe 4.123
Choose the option -- Safety Cameras UK/Europe 4.123
Select Zoom level 200miles
Select using the Map Tool [yellow odd shape] the two areas in the screen -- 18kb and 394kb.
Using the transfer icon in the MapSource - transfer the two maps to the unit.
If you transfer to the same location as your City Navigator Map Europe V8 maps it will over write them!! Careful!!
I have a SD card so do not over write! |

I loaded the V8 Europe DVD and it copied the Garmin Europe Maps automatically t my GPS unit, nothing installed to the Hard Disk, it ran from the DVD. All it did was ask me for the 25 digit code.
I have found on the net the update for Map SOurce (6116) but that tells me I need the previous version as its only an update. |
