Since changing my SD card in my TomTom I have lost the use of the six digit feature for my search. Does anyone know how I can reinstall this feature? I have all the latest updates.

Do you still have the original SD card? - if so copy the zip folder to the new card - it contains the postcode data file. If not load the CD for the GB map and select the postcode option to install - Mike

I deleted some postcodes off the old SD card to make way for other files so copying the SD card would be a waste of time. When I try to boot the CD I got with the product it says that there is not enough space on my temporary drive? Not sure what to do next. Thanks for your replies.

I'm presuming then that you must have had the old Postcode POI system.

What Device do you have?

Which Version of Software are you running?

What size SD Card do you have?

Just a few questions that will help to give the correct (hopefully) answers.Smile

I have Tom Tom Home installed on my PC will this deter me from fixing my problem? The CD info does not show any guidance to install the postcode files.

Extact all files from the zip archive and save on PC
Connect Go to PC, do not run home
Run setup.exe from the extracted archive
Follow the instructions.

Finished folder on TT is 8.4Mb
