TomTom GO and Microsoft Autoroute GPS

Guys,

Does anyone know whether is it possible for a TomTom GO device to be recognised within Autoroute 2007?

The new version apparently has GPS support but it looks as though it needs a GPS device to be registered at Com 1 or Com 2.

When I connect my GO via the USB cable it only shows as a 'removable storage device' (as its reading the SD card) and not a communications port.

Before parting with any cash I'd like to have some idea whether it was going to work or not.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

No, the GO doesn't output its GPS stream, which is what Autoroute needs to receive. You need a GPS receiver that does, like a Bluetooth device.
