I've sent a unit back for repair & the UPS tracking shows it's been delivered.
I suppose it's too much to expect TT to confirm receipt and that it's being inspected/repaired?
Will I just get a single communication eventually just saying it's all done & on its way back to me via UPS tracking number XXX or should I expect a progress report? |

Yeah; was reading that which is why I asked.
So basically, I'll (probably) just get a knock from UPS eventually.

When I had a repair done, I was able to track its progress on my account on TT website, I also got a tracking number for UPS when it was despatched back to me after repair, I watched as it progressed through the UPS depos. |

| The repair progress part for me was / is pure fantasy...had it down as under repair progessing sent review take your pick - all meaningless |
