Bit of an old fashioned question, I know!!

What will give me the fastest performance - an SD card in the iPAQ or a CF card in the sleeve?

When I used a similar system, I preferred the CF card in the sleeve as this left the SD slot available to other things. There seemed to be no appreciable difference in speed between the 2 methods.
