Additrional Database's for Garmin 310 SE

I have signed up here for the Speed Camera overlays thought POI Loaders. But I understood that Pocketgpsworld.com also provide for a fee a database covering Caravan site and other utilities through out Europe.

1) is this true

2) Could someone point me in the right direction?
