Help with speed camera installation on a Garmin Nuvi 310

Completely new to all this and although I seem to have successfully downloaded and installed the Garmin POI file and a whole lot of speed camera files (suffixed 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70) no camera information appears on the unit. I did a 900 miles return run to the Lake District earlier this week and although the navigation worked well, there was no voice or screen warning of cameras.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

Can you explain how you went through the upload process in step by step detail so that we can see if anything went wrong.

Have you checked out the info provided in this thread, it does answer a lot of "how do I" questions.
