Help with GPSlim236 bluetooth

I bought my receiver in March. It worked very well the first couple of months. However after that it started having intermittent problems with bluetooth.

It sometimes does not come on when I switch it on. At other times, it does stays solid. And, there are times when it comes on, but switches off after a little while.

I spent $100 on this unit and I am very frustrated. Can somebody please tell me what to do?

You could try removing the battery for a couple of days, this resets the device and has fixed both my 236 units on a couple of occasions when they got messed up (my fault for messing in the first place). Its worth a try, if this fails then I would contact the vendor under the waranty and see what can be done to rectify the situation - Mike

I tried that - that did not work. I have contacted the place I bought it from (buygpsnow.com). I'm not sure how responsive they are.
