Zire72 GPS BT 308 serial number

I've had a palm zire72 for over a year now. I got the Via Michelin package with a BT-GPS model BT-308. I reset the zire after it crashed (palms are worse than windows for crashing) and it can find the receiver but asks for a serial number. I had this problem before when i first got it and remember someone giving me the code, 3 or 4 number one which is a universial code.

Does anyone have this code? all the offical channels were useless before!

The bluetooth code is "2003"
