Updating TT Go Problems

I have just updated a friends TT GO from v4 to version 6 and downloaded the latest GB Plus map, both using TT Home. I used a new 256 SD card as his original one was only 128MB, GB Plus is 200 MB, also tested the card before the download. TT Go will not recognise the new SD card even though the maps are there. Using his old SD card TT GO v6 works fine Any ideas?

You still might be tight for space. Try deleting all the voices you will never use.

If that fails, try reformatting the new card and start again.
