Tom Tom Home / GO700

Quick question...

Im running software version 5.442.. (Go 700)

Have seen that i can update to 6.15..

Downloaded and installed Home etc and then connected the 700.. it sees the device etc but says along the top of the screen ' You do not have the component to use this feature..Click Login and log in to your account. Tom Tom Home will download the component you require, if available'

I try to log in and it says the same message???

Had a look at the Tom Tom support site and that is down at the moment due to maintenance...

Is this the reason why i cant login?? If it isnt, what am i doing wrong?
