910 changed to go 300 0n home

i conectedmy 910 as i have many times to home but this time it stated no devise found ,i checked and found it was a go 300 on the screen ,i then downloaded software from the box i recived my 910 in and thought that this would cure problem but it is still the go 300 any help

I am wondering if the software is confusing it with the 910.

the only thing i have done is instaled some voices on mates 300 since the last time i doked my 910
strange thing is i reloaded software from disc out of second 910 the first was faultybut 300 came up could it be that the wrong disc in second 910[i used the first home software from first 910 ]

sroted now it seems when you instal the software it asks you if you want to instal latest version of home say no it then starts up in 910 mode

I had some "fun" with this earlier today, on the second "download Update" it gave me the option to install it - which I did, when I start TomTom Home it found my 910 and an SD card from one of my other devices, it offered me the choice of selecting a device, choosing the 910 worked fine.

Perhaps the box to select the active device was behind the main application? can't think of any other reason though.

With the new update I can view traffic information via the TT Home application (as others have reported) - worth a try - Mike
