verbal warnings

Hi, Guys this is my first post. Firstly may i say your all doing a great job.

Tomtom one version 6150 -7120
1 gig sandisk ultraII card.

I have just installed the camera database and all is well. i have also downloaded version 6150 -7120 of the verbal warnings,and copied it to the route directory and renamed it data.chk. having renamed the original data1.chk.
But only silence was the sterne reply.

Can you help please.

Apart from the silence, is your TomTom ONE working OK?

Have you tried a demo route?
Do you get navigation instructions?

Have you set up POI Proximity Alerts (i.e. Warn when near)?

Have you muted the unit?

Have you tried a reset, i.e. used the reset pinhole?

Thanks Robert for all of the above. I think it might be the proximity alerts not being applied. Ooops.

I will sort them out and if it still doesent speak to me ill come back to you if i may?
