i3 & City Navigator Europe.

I thought I could load French maps on my i3 from City Navigator Europe, but I get an error message that the maps are not unlocked for this unit.
I have tried to get unlock codes from Garmin but it seems that it is not possible for the i3. When I bought the unit the sales pitch was you could get maps for other countries for it. How? Crying or Very sad

city navigator will work on the i3. You are entitled to 2 unlock codes with the map software. Have you already used these on other units? was the software new if not the codes have more than likely been used already.

was it sealed if if so contact Garmin. They should be able to help.

If not sealed the it looks like you may of but before we jump to conclusions speak to Garmin

alot of ebayers are selling 'upgrade' cd's without making it to clear that they are upgrades.....these require the original software....did you buy one of these mate....
