Having trouble viewing maps after downloading

Hi
I've downloaded the European map for my husband. I've unzipped the files and copied them to the removable disk but they aren't displaying on the TomTom. I've tried creating a "Europe-Map" folder and putting them in their but that doesn't work either.

Please can you help.

Wher and how exactly did you download this map from? Was it direct from Tom Tom's site?
