iCN 510, into a Windows Mobile PDA?

Hi,

This may sound like a noobie question as i am a noob, but I noticed that the sticker on the back of my icn 510, states it runs Win-Ce. So is it possible to turn my icn into a pda running Windows Mobile, or maybe an open-source operating system like linux?
