help please to download poi and speedcams

i have just brought i3 have saved the files to my computer ,but when i look for them, cant find them. anyone know how to load onto garmin i3 please.

Maybe if the only response given to people who ask questions that are covered by stickys or have been asked many times before was "Have you read the stickys and used the search button?", we might find people will do so before posting the same old questions.

No it won't it won't make them look the first time, but maybe the next time that have a question they will look first and avoid endless repetative posts on the same question.
