Changing from Plus to normal GB map - retaining favourites

I want to change from the GB Plus map to the normal GB Map so I can fit all of my maps on one card. I don't want to have to set my favourites again. Is there a file I can keep from the Plus version which will allow me to retain my favourites and recently visited list?
