TomTom Nav 5: No direction labels for highways and roads???

Does anyone know if it's possible to get tomtom to put the direction of the road into its written and spoken instructions? Ie, I would like to know as I approach a highway whether I'm going east or west / north or south. I had a huge problem today as I was turning onto I76 which runs east west. Both on ramps were on a left hand turn that were literally right next to each other. I could not get enough resolution on the map to figure out which one to take and I took the right one by luck.... this seems like such a basic feature to have....

Certainly not possible at present. Whether the fabled Tom Tom 6 will have it is anybody's guess, as is whether it will actually work if it does have it.
