Navman icn520 download hell.

Please help I have gone through the complete instuctions to instal the database and it says at the end, database installed to poi.When I then go into the Navman and look in active POI there is nothing in there, also in my data it just says my poi files. When I connect to the desk top and go to poi editor and click on device, then manage poi files it is sat in there amongst a load of maps. What am I doing wrong I have spoken to Navman they said speak to my daabase supplier.

You say you followed the instructions. Can you confirm that you ticked all the boxes for Active, Visual and Audio alerts? Which file(s) did you transfer. Can you explore your 520 with Windows Explorer and see the files? What directory/subdirectory are they in?
