Tomtom Rider and Nokia 6230 modem settings

Hi all

I've a problem getting my Tomtom Rider onto the internet. I can access the web on my phone and can get the Tomtom to connect to the phone via bluetooth but can't use the phone as a modem.

I've tried GPRS access point as wap.vodafone.co.uk and internet
I've tried connect string of +cgdcont=1,"ip","internet"
I've tried user and password wap and blank

Always end up with phone saying "Subscribe to GPRS first"

Please help
