TomTom Version 5.21 on Orange SPV M600 - Help please.

I have an Orange SPV M600 mobile, and am tying to install TomTom onto it. I have TomTom version 5.0. I have read the other articles about the problems that people have had and have followed their advice but still cannot get tomtom installed correctly.

I have downloaded version 5.21 of tomtom and am running this from my laptop. I have version 4.10 of ActiveSync which is connected ok. The installation installs the Bluetooth component of TomTom fine on my phone (either to the mem or SD card) but it fails on the next component TTN.cab (which is the tomtom software). The phone just comes up with installation unsucessful. I do not think it is a problem with running unsigned code as it promts me to allowe it during the install which i allow.

I have used the same tomtom disk to install the software onto another PDA, as a test, this worked fine.

Please can someone help?

I have had no problem installing the maps to the memory card of the phone using the same menu's, so i know the connection to the phone is ok.

I have also tried copying the cab files over to the phone and installing them one by one, in whatever order i try it still fails on ttn.cab.

Try downloading the file from tomtom a second time, then install the new files, it could be your download was corrupted for some reason - Mike
