Can someone give me some breif instructions on how to set the wired GPS up.

Now WM2005 has GPS settings in the Settings menu and when i try to choose Other NMEA and COM1 in Tomtom it says "SERIAL ??dds???".

HELP it's doing my nut in. Sad
