How to install TomTom driver?

I am trying to install the TomTom Driver from this site so I can get my Emtac Sleeve which came with my Copilot software.
I want to be able to run different software using the sleeve and my Ipaq 5450.
When I have the download on my computer desktop what then?
When I have it installed on the PPC what do I do then?
I have installed Crux view, how do I get the sleeve to talk to the PPC?
Also I have noticed on the forums that people have been been talking about opening up GPS in programs folder. Ido not have that icon in my PPC, where is it?
