Does anyone know if you can load OS or similar maps onto the i3. I would like to take the unit fo a walk up a mountain(so she can experience the fresh air)!!!!

i3 2.70(went to 2.82,3.0,3.1 but downgraded) with V8 map on microSD card
Metroguide Europe V7 & V8 (routable and indexed)

Garmin Topo will go in the i3 and you can Auto route on the roads .

Thanks oddsock. Are thre any unlocked topo maps out there taht will work with the i3?

I wish!... If there are any I have not found them yet..I have tried MetroGuide with the SMC contour overlays which makes the maps look more interesting but thats about it.

| Displaying TOPO maps of UK on the i3 sounds like something I would like to do. How exactly can this be done as it seems from the Garmin compatibility indicator that the two are not compatible? Can the newly available TOPO SD cards be used? |
