what is the latest on installing TT5 on to a medion 250?
There is a lot of talk all over this forum about different dlls being required and such.
does any one have the latest working info on installing tt5

Im new to this. I have a Medion ppc250, when i purchased it(ages ago), it had navigator 3.1 on it.
Since then i have installed a copy of navigator 4.4 whick worked perfectly (i had to upgrade the sd card).
Anyway, after reading lots of stuff on this forum. I purchased AA navigator software from easydevices.co.uk. It loaded fine but it didnot work 100% triangle not in right direction or speed.
I downloaded a Win fast programme (followed the instructions)to unlock the gps receiver. (after cold restarts,hot restarts and defaults.etc) the AA navigation software started to work. [the easydevices techstaff were not very helpful]. Anyway it started working.
I decided to just go and get the Tom tom 5 software. to my surprise it works fine.
I also put the speed camara suff on which also works great.

I can only speak from my experience, lots of risks but it worked for me. I now run AA navigator medion navigator 4.4 and tom tom 5 all on my ppc250 with a 1gb sd card.
