This is a message to the PocketGPSW website bods...
I was trying to find the POI Capture download page to post a link to it in a forum post, and was suprtised to find that there doesn't seem to be any links to it at all from either the PocketGPSW homepage or anywhere else except the forums themselves (unless I'm going blind).
Don't you think there should be links to it both in the menu bar on the left-hand side ("our site"?), and on the "downloads" page, and maybe on the Camera download page too (there's plenty of room at the bottom of that ) |

I did find it, thanks. It's at http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/poicapture.php
My point was that I could only find it by searching the TomTom forum, someone that doesn't bother with the forums would never find it. |

not sure what you mean. it is on the left hand menu (Speed Camera - Software), and will also pop up on the 404 page. Not obvious enough? want a direct link on the menu? _________________ Lutz

You are right of course. Damned if I could find it though
Worth a link somewhere on the camera download page too though?
Not sure what the 404 page is (isn't 404 the "page not found" error?) |

we'll add the link to the download/upload pages.
yes, 404 is "page not found" but in that case you can serve an alternative page. Just try it out by entering a wrong URL like www.pocketgpsworld.com/freecameradatabase
