TTN 5.21 program closes upon navigation

Windows Mobile 2003se rom05
TTN 5.21 works fine with bt gps on the road. But whenever I ask it to navigate to somewhere, the software closes itself without a warning message.
I don't know what happened to it.
Anybody have had the same issue?

close your other running programs or do a soft reset, and move installed programs from RAM to storage card. TTN was not having enough memory to run on.
