Navman icn320 POI's

As a complete GPS beginner and having a friend who brings all his computer problems to me!,

He has just bought a Navman icn320 and wanted to put the speed cameras on it, I have Googled and can't find a definitive answer, no one says it can't be done!!
I have had a look at the SD card and it has a POI file which appears to be full of files?

Is there anyone out there , who has tried (even failed!)

It isn't possible to put Custom POI files onto an iCN320.
