POI's not accessable

I have several POI categories as well as the individual camera files on my TT500 but one of my POI is not available in the POI list. If I check on the computer the ov2 and bmp files are on the card but even if I try and type the POI in the navigate to list I get the message " No matches ".
If I try to add a POI with the same name though I get the message " Tomtom_warrington already exists"
How can I access this file ?

how many poi catagories do you have on your card

tomtom will only recognise the first 27 or 39 depending on weather you are using 5.201 or 5.420

when i had this problem it seemed to recognise the first ones i put on not recognise them in alphabetical order IE it recognised the speed cameras as they where the first to go onto tomtom then my own personal ones up to the limit of 27/39

Thanks for that,
just checked the files - 34 POI files stored but only 27 available. Missing one for customer sites in Warrington and all the speed zoned specs files.
Quick up date to 5.4 then.
