XDA Exec with Tom Tom3 software install problem

Hi. Spent the past few days trying to install Tom Tom 3 onto my Xda Exec. without any luck. I cant be the only one with this problem. Does anyone have any hints as to what I might be doing wrong? The device is in sync with the computer but just keeps displaying the same error message before the software is transferred.

Try installing the CAB file directly on the Exec. Be aware that TomTom 3 is not compliant with WM5.

How do I install the cab file directly? and it looks like I am using windows Mobile 5 on my exec am I just better changing the TomTom package?

it might be easier to update to tt5
