New CF card advice

Looking to replace my Pretec CF (SirfStar II) with a SirfStar III.

Using TT5.21 on Axim X5.

Do alot of driving in London, so need something with a quick lock (pretec takes an age and is continuosly loosing lock lately) and one which won't drop the signal when travelling down narrow streets with tall buildings.

Been looking at the Haicom 303s and 305III. Any owner confirm if these are any good, or which of them to go for?

IF your Axim is running WM5 then stay clear of the 305 units - Haicom state that their drivers aren't compat with WM5. And I can confirm that TT5 with Axim x51V and Haicom 305III does not work.

If you are running PPC2003 they will more than likely work OK.
