Palm Tungsten E / ViaMichelin - speed camera help please

Hi. I am a newbie to speed camera databases.

I have a Palm Tungsten E with Mapsonic - ViaMichelin V1.3 2003 maps. I get on fine with the GPS but would like some speed camera info. Is it possibe to get something with this system

I have a friend running Tom-Tom on a HP ipaq handheld and he has a speed-cam warning working well but its not compatible with my set-up.

Any advice/help will be much appreciated
