Dissable Traffic Information Button TTG 500

Hi guys

When using traffic information, theres a black/green square at the top right corner of the screen - next to the + buton. Now, Ive been using traffic info on a one month trial basis and the month's over. When clicking that square, it displays 'traffic info not available'. Id like to dissable/remove that black square, but when I go to the menu to deactivate traffic info. it requires a login/password to verify that ive subscribed.

Ive tried deactivating bluetooth to disable connection with my phone and then going to menu/traffic to disable it but still brings up login. On login, if you click cancel you go back and if you click connect it verifies it.

So my question is, how to I disable the traffic info button?
