Help reinstalling Checkpoint after PDA repair

Hi,
having recieved the PDA after repair I have reinstalled TT5 and checkpoint which worked previously:
On TT5 the Checkpoint .ov2 and .bmp files are stored in the expected map folder, the IP is enabled (I do see the built in POI's from TT5 but none of the Checkpoints)

On Checkpoint, I have Checked the "Show warning information", on the POI, properties I can see that the "Detect POI's from the overlay" is checked and that the "Give first/second warning is checked and associated soundfile is in place.

Any suggestions where to look for the problem here ?
