TomTom 5.21 + WM5 + CheckPOInt = Dead Slow?

Hi,

Has anybody managed to get CheckPOInt working on a WM5 device without bringing it to a crawl? Unless I'm doing something wrong (which is possible) it seems that adding CheckPOInt to my O2 XDA Exec slows it to within an inch of its life, so that TomTom screen refreshes are every 5-8 seconds.

Anybody having the same/different experiences?

Yes i have the exact same problem.

If i run CP on my XDA Exec TomTom just crawls and i end up having to soft reset. I have had to resort to using TomToms own internal POI warning sytem. That is a bit poor and time consuming to set up with all the different Speed camera POI's though. I just use checkpoint to sync the speed camera POI's to keep them up to date.

I've still not found a solution to this problem, and am using the (inferior) built in TomTom warnings.
