connecting to traffic with a k750i, how ?

ok trying toset up traffic on my tomtom one and se k750i the one detects my phone no problems,i can get on the internet and so on on the phone as well no problems, but when the one tries to connect i get a message on my phone, connection failed check network coverage or data or internet settings, also b4 that i get on the tomtom you should setup your phone toallow automatic connections to your tomtom onein the future,

so any ideas please sorry if this in wrong forum wasnt sure where to put it

Exactly the same problem I had with a K700i.

The only way to solve the problem was to pair the phone with the Tom Tom manually.
