Been using TT5 for sometime now, and found a limitation in that I'd like sometimes to avoid just part of a journey thats not listed in the itinery.

Eg. I'm on the M25, travelling from Junciton 13 through to 21. I'd like to avoid the M25 between juctions 14 and 17. As far as I can see the only option I have is to avoid the M25 totally.

Is there any easy way to just avoid bits of a road?

hi:
good topic Smile

i always had this problem when going to london east from dorset or anywhere.
tt5 and rac planner all have the tendency to take thru m25. it seem they r partial to m25!
getting ncr is a problem...
with destinator it used to drive me thru london city!! fortunately i go on weekends and and toll!

this time though after some trial and error tt5 avoided m25 and routed via ncr.

if eel if u have a waypoint usability with a junction so and so it would be piece of cake 8)

no it wouldnt avoid the whole m25 just a section between turns you could always selct avoid roadblock but yes for the situation in the example you would have to use a way point or itinerary
