Hi all,
I use TTM5 on my C500 in the UK, and am going to Chicago next week. I can get and install small city maps (~4Mb each) of Chicago from the tomtom plus site, but I will need to navigate seamlessly between several maps while driving as if they were one larger map.
Can I get this to happen automatically, or do I need to get the much larger (240Mb) map of the whole are to achieve this?
Any advice appreciated. |

It's not possible to navigate between maps, at all. You can only navigate between points on a larger map.
So yes, if you want to drive a long way, you'll need a bigger map. |

Can you tell us if you are successfull in your downloading / switching attempts?
And the solution you used inthe end - multiple maps or larger map?
Thanks |
