I tried both CP5 (mine is v5.1.0.7 from QVC and I am not sure how different it is from V5.0.1.48 mentioned in this forum) and TT5 (v5.0). Here is my view:
CP5: Like - good map, good reception, full postcose search; Dislike - voice quality, limited navigation options, inability to direct you to locations classified as pedestrian zones - it freezes. In general: I have not encounters major flaws.
TT5: Like - full postcode search (better than CP5), voice and the way she directs you, navigation options (I particularly like the "point on the map" option); Dislike - poor map coverage (compared with CP5) and very unstable reception (which tends to lead to random instructions) - this does cause me problems. I just do not understand why for the same signals TT5 cannot see what CP can.
Not sure if any of you agree with me? |
