Just made a purchase from Amazon, I qualified for free delivery, but something went wrong and I was charged for delivery. I emailed Amazon to complain and they refunded the chare without any problem. A good response and I will be happy to use them again.

I can also agree, any dealings I have had (about 5 transactions) they have arrived promptly and without problems.

10/10 for amazon

If only other e-tailers would take a leaf out of their book
