Having read all your grumbling postings about this company I can only speak as I have found them, and that is FIRST RATE. I recently bought a car cradle from them and that arrived within a few days. I then ordered a GPS receiver from them and that also arrived very quickly. They have always answered my email queries very promptly and given me top advice. I have no problem recommending them to others. It may do for some to remember that these companies deal with high volume i.e. a lot of people and it is very difficult to please everyone all the time!
