Destinator 3 - History not function

I have an Acer N35 with Destinator 3.0.75 on an SD card. I have used it for several routes but no entries ever appear in the History. I have reset (soft & hard) the n35, but the problem persists. Has anyone any experience of this or any solution please?

Since posting this enquiry I have been successful in contacting the German office for Destinator 3 & they tell me this is easily fixed. The history is apparently written to the SD card, so the protection slider on the card must be moved so as to unprotect the card. I have not tested this yet, but will copy everything on the card to my pc in identical folders before testing it out. This seems even more important because restoring the software to the SD from the CD's is not straightforward, requiring an Activation Key from a website which has seeming changed its name and from which the route to get the Activation Key is unclear.
