After trying just about every combination under the sun the following settings work. They are not available anywhere else on the internet - I've spent the last couple of weeks sorting this - hope others enjoy the benefits! SE and Vodafone were both less than useless.

Connection: ipaq 5550 to SE P910i

No.: *99***7# (note the 7 varies from phone to phone – on other models you can find it from the DUN/APN feature, but the P910 doesn’t let you view this – hence experiment)

User name: web
Password: web
Domain: leave blank

Baud rate: 115200

Dial-string: +cgdcont=7,”ip”,”internet”
Clear wait for dial tone, credit card and cancel if not connected boxes

Port settings: 8bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, h/w flow control. All terminal boxes blank.

TCP/IP page: Use server assigned IP address, all other settings blank
Servers page: use server assigned address, all other settings blank.

Oh - and despite what SE tell you I am running a BT headset on the phone at the same time as TT Traffic. Both devices handle multiple connections.

I spent 4 months trying to connect my SE910i(vodafone) to my Ipaq 4150 without success. Eventually i threw in the towel and bought Mobile 5 for the 910i which works perfectly with TT traffic.
Sorry i cant help but i know what your going through !!!!!

It's good to see others get poor support from SE.

It's really time that consumers did something about this. SE are not alone - try dealing with microsoft, HP, BT etc. etc. They all sell high tech gadgets / software / services but with very low tech support.
