I have had to reinstall tom tom 3 after a crash. Everthing seems to be installed OK but when I start the program the message "Cannot open COM1: Port does not exist" appears. Can anyone help?

make sure no keyboard drivers are installed, and that receiveing incoming beams is disabled.
