Safety Camera Database on Medion

Hi everyone, Sorry if this is mentioned elsewhere but this is my first posting on the Medion forum. I would appreciate any help to install the speed cam database on the Medion MD95900 (Medion-navigator 4 version 4.70). I don't know which files to use and which installation instructions to follow. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Many Thanks for the reply Richard. I'll try and follow the instructions on the website (doesn't look as straight forward as Garmin or TomTom but we'll have a go).
