This company is the most decietful fraudulant bunch of crooks you could ever deal with.
Having waited months for my upgrade to version 5 despite them taking my money I then had to wait even more nonths to get the USA maps I had paid for at the same time.
Foolishly today I decided to by a city map online for my visit to Tenerife expectig to be able to pay for and receive it immediately before I departed. I paid for it immediately alright they took my money and even sent me an invoice, they just couldn''t manage to provide the map so I'm sat at the airport waiting to download paid for software that once again doesn't exist. My flight leaves in 30 mins so they have screwed me good and proper.
Crooks.

Hell, mate. You sound suicidal. As I’m one of the fortunate ones that have had no gripes with Tomtom I can only feel sorry for you. Anyway, get over to Tenerife and get a few dishes of Sizzling Garlic Prawns down your throat and wash them down with a bottle or two of wine. Perhaps things will then look a little better.
