Poi Edit Problems

Hi
I am new to GPS so excuse my ignorance.

I have Tom Tom Go 300

Downloaded POI Edit, chose pocketgps, then GB & speed camera location files.

Then clicked PDA button & got following message

"remote API library not found, make sure you have ActiveSync installed"

Clicked Local instead & got a download after choosing destination folder.

Eventually downloaded Zip file & copy/pasted files across to SD card.

Please does anybody know what I am doing wrong?

You don't need any extra programs to load POI's onto a TTG, other than Windows Explorer.

What you finally did, is the normal way to load you 300.

The Golden Rule, read the instructions first.
