Navigon MN5 with TomTom 2.06

Is it possible that the TomTonm 2.06 is lockong the comport of its wired
GPS so I cannot use the Navigon 5 software, (IPAQ4145)
The TT receiver (2.06) worls well as long I switch on the Navigon MN5. This stuff looses the comport conection within minute.
Second, when navigation with the Navigon MN5 starts, the voice tells that there are some meter to reach of the destination (although it is far from that). After "reqaching" the destination the comport is lost.
Is this my imagination, is it possible that Navigon has serious problems with their software or it a nice combination of TomTom and navigon ingenuity, or my stupidity.
