We feel a lot of our customers post reports on our company because when we have enquirys we send them straight to www.pocketgpsworld.com so they can make up there own mind on products available.

Craig - I agree on some occasions its worthwhile referring your customers to other 'websites' but i'm sure the majority would prefer speaking to someone who can offer professional support and customer service like other companies out there do.
Or are you just happy to make the sale and then forget your customers? |

When a customer asks advice on a product we advice them but we also advice them to look at pocketgps forums for an independent review on various products before they purchase, we are not a pushy company we want the best for our customers even if that means they go for a product we do not stock. We believe we offer a good before and after sales service, please feel free to give us a call if you are not satisfied with the product and service you were offered if you purchased from us.
